10/29/1999: The former CRI employee agreed to plead guilty to Theft by Unlawful Taking and Receiving Stolen Property; the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance was dropped in exchange for her plea. She is depicted in the hidden camera videotape clip (below).

Agency Director Doug Hagmann, CMI, talks with Ms. Carol Wilson of WSEE-TV on Wednesday, July 21, 1999 about the firing of a home health care aide after she was caught on videotape “allegedly” stealing medication from a client’s apartment. A miniture video camera was hidden inside the client’s apartment at her request as she noticed that narcotic medication was missing on previous occasions. The footage that was secured by hidden video is represented here by the clip shown below.
