Hagmann Investigative Services, Inc. investigating cyber-stalking, child pornography and sexual exploitation of children on the internet, identified the existence of a “death list” that included a North East, PA minister and former President Ronald Reagan on Saturday, November 24, 2001. The “death list” was posted on usqueers.com, an Internet site operated by convicted felon B. Allan ROSS, who is awaiting sentencing for a recent kidnapping conviction. Douglas J. Hagmann, President of Hagmann Investigative Services, Inc. discovered the list during an undercover Internet investigation. Upon assessing the site’s content, Hagmann notified the Erie Office of the FBI, the United States Secret Service, and advised the local minister of his inclusion on the list. When the site gained national attention through the involvement of Florida based attorney John THOMPSON, ROSS removed the “death list” from his site, citing “design changes” as the reason for the removal.

Hagmann described the list as a form of modern day domestic cyber-terrorism that is especially disconcerting following the events of September 11th and the recent anthrax attacks. “This agency is resolved to continue it’s efforts to identify potential threats of any kind, foreign or domestic, against the safety and security of American citizens.” “We will continue to offer our complete cooperation and whatever assistance we can provide to law enforcement.”

Agency Director Doug Hagmann, CMI, talks with Ms. Carol Wilson of WSEE-TV on Wednesday, July 21, 1999 about the firing of a home health care aide after she was caught on videotape “allegedly” stealing medication from a client’s apartment. A miniture video camera was hidden inside the client’s apartment at her request as she noticed that narcotic medication was missing on previous occasions. The footage that was secured by hidden video is represented here by the clip shown below.

ERIE PRIVATE DETECTIVE AGENCY CALLS FOR IMMEDIATE INVESTIGATION INTO POTENTIAL MISMANAGEMENT OF FEDERALLY FUNDED AGENCY

DOUGLAS J. HAGMANN, DIRECTOR OF HAGMANN INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES, INC. is calling upon the Pennsylvania State Attorney General’s Office, Governor Tom Ridge, and Pennsylvania House Majority Leader John M. Purzel for an immediate investigation into the potential mismanagement of federally funded Community Resources For Independence, 2222 Filmore Avenue, Erie, PA 16506. C.R.I., Inc is a nonprofit organization that employs approximately 400 home health care workers in 28 Pennsylvania counties. At issue is the agency’s apparent lack of proper and qualified oversight and management of its home health care aides, lack of any known criminal background checks for current or prospective employees, possible violations of the Negligent Hiring Doctrine, as well as failure of the agency to act on complaints regarding its employees.

The call for an official probe is a direct result of an investigation conducted by Hagmann Investigative Services, Inc. which resulted in videotape evidence being turned over to law enforcement authorities that clearly shows a home health care aide stealing narcotic medication from one of their patients. This surveillance footage resulted in the arrest of a home health care worker on Friday, July 16, 1999. The identity of the aide is being withheld pending additional investigation.

20 July 1998: Today marks the five year anniversary of the death of Vincent Foster, who was found dead on July 20, 1993. Although this topic has been fodder for the “conspiracy theorists” and “right wing political pundits”, I am simply looking at this matter from an investigative point of view. To obtain a clear picture of the circumstances surrounding the death of Mr. Foster, we must take politics out of the investigation but not necessarily out of the equation as indeed politics may well have played a role in his death. At the very least, politics played a role in the investigation, which is never a good situation.

As an area of professional interest, I have spent a lot of time reading material on the death of Mr. Foster, as well as conducting my own research and investigation of the case. In my opinion, the best factual source of information and definitive reference on the Foster death investigation comes from Christopher Ruddy’s book The Strange Death of Vincent Foster. I would urge anyone with an interest in this case to begin with this book, which provides a comprehensive account of the police investigation and related matters. The author, an investigative journalist with a mastery for detail, provides an unbiased account of the events surrounding the death of Foster, from the discovery of his body to the investigation that followed. Mr. Ruddy is careful not to make any inferences, unsubstantiated claims or reckless conclusions, which would certainly be easy to do in light of the many inconsistencies and irregularities associated with this investigation.

I would urge you to take some time and read all of the information available on this topic. Look at it from a “common sense” or a purely investigative point of view, absent of any political implications. Then ask yourself, if Vincent Foster was your husband or your father, would you be satisfied with the quality of the investigation and the competency of the investigators? I know one thing for sure: If I ever conducted an investigation into a mysterious death in the manner in which this investigation was performed, I may not be licensed now.
